Al Rayyan is a new mixed-use complex located in Al Nahda, Sharjah. The development consists of three buildings: two 39-storey residential towers and a 40-storey commercial tower. The project was developed by JMS Property Development & Management.

Al Nahda is a popular residential neighbourhood located in Sharjah. It has a well-developed infrastructure and good transport links. The area is close to Dubai, which makes it popular among those who often travel to the neighbouring emirate for leisure activities and work.
