Areej

Areej is a new mid-rise apartment complex located in Aljada, a community situated in Sharjah’s central Naseej District. Arada Developments LLC is the community’s primary developer. Construction on Areej started in 2018 and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. It will be surrounded by residential communities, commercial spaces, educational institutions, and entertainment facilities.

The community of Aljada is located at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Dhaid Road. Residents have easy access to Dubai, public beaches, and Al Majaz Waterfront, which are located within a 20-minute drive of the complex. The community’s infrastructure is currently in the process of being built. Once finished, there will be several schools, a park, restaurants, and retail stores.
